About the session

AI is reshaping careers at every stage. People entering the workforce face a tight job market and real uncertainty about the roles they trained for, while seasoned professionals are asking where their experience fits as tools and expectations shift. This panel brings together talent leaders and engineers who recently broke into the industry to talk candidly about what it takes to land and grow in a tech role right now. Hear what hiring teams are looking for, how people are using AI to learn faster and stand out, and why judgment, domain expertise, and hard-won experience matter more than ever.
